Perhaps the largest of all bells, Aristotle’s size is enormous, with unsurpassed disease resistance, including 3 races of bacterial spot. Three to 4-lobed, blocky peppers ripen from deep green to red and are borne on fairly compact plants. Try this variety for the biggest, most disease-resistant bells yet!

 

Fruit can weigh up to half a pound and are thick-walled, making this a real contender with similar varieties and popular with market growers. The plant height is between 20-24" and has good resistance to disease. You can expect blocky mature fruit in 70-75 days.
